Descripción del puesto:
• Enter, maintain and store employees` database
• Compile and maintain the personal files of the employees
• Prepare labor contracts and supplementary agreements
• Prepare all other documents related to the employment legal relations - official notes, certificates, issue of employment record and retirement documents
• Prepare and provide written and verbal reports on personnel and all related to employment issues, at the request of the company's management
• Comply with the instructions and regulations for handling and storage of personal data
• Comply with all requirements stated from the Labor Code, the Health and Safety at Work Law, the Regulation on Internal Labor Order and the individual contract, related to their activities
• Monitor the changes in the current labor legislation and apply their implementation
• Use technical resources and software products to support his/ her activities
• Issue invoices
• Support the training of new colleagues
• Maintain the documentation related to their immediate responsibilities in perfect, up-to-date and reliable condition

Requisitos:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or other relevant discipline
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an IT company
• Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular good sense and skills of formatting and editing documents
• Fluent in English
