Welcome to the first graduates from CODIX Code Academy for Back-end Developers

80% of the successful students have been hired by CODIX

We are very happy to announce that the first 6-month free course from the joint initiative of CODIX and Code Academy has successfully ended. It is a great success – over 80% of the students have successfully passed the challenging exams and the real-life projects after the 6-month free training and have been employed by CODIX.

The Academy has started in December 2019 as a joint initiative of CODIX and our partner Code Academy. And here we are now, 8 months later, it is the first working week in our company for seven of the first students.

The training lasted six months from January to July 2020 with a schedule of 270 hours of theory and practice, covering the following topics:

• Programming with C
• Linux
• Relational databases with SQL
• Embedding SQL in C in Linux environment
• PL/SQL
• Object-oriented programming with C ++
• Effective communication

The program also included the deciders – real projects that helped our mentors to select the best trainees and invite them to join the team of CODIX.

We are looking forward to welcome also the next successful trainees from the second course who will join us as Junior Back-end Developer with SQL, PL/SQL, Embedded SQL and Java.
