What We’re Looking For:
As a Corporate Relations Specialist with French, you will play essential role in coordinating corporate communication, task management, and project support across our global teams.Primary responsibilities:
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely completion of tasks by monitoring deadlines and reminding relevant parties.
• Collaborate: Work with other departments to resolve complex issues
• Manage email communications and maintain strong client relationships.
• Compile, analyze, and report on project or communication data.
• Track and manage tasks, ensuring all customers are informed of progress.
• Provide regular updates on project statuses and milestones to relevant teams.
• Mediate between teams or individuals to address communication breakdowns.
• Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and standards.
• Identify and resolve any communication-related issues using appropriate tools and strategies.Requirements:
• Fluent in French (spoken & written) and proficient in English.
• Strong skills in office tools: Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Excellent organizational, observational, and planning capabilities.
• A team player with effective communication skills.Desired skills:
• A keen interest in New Technologies.
• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Start with testing the customized iMX software based on business test scenarios – mandatory step to learn the business and the iMX software solution
• Participate in the analysis of Clients Business Process – first internally and later on – on Client’s site
• Model the gathered data into software specifications according to the functionalities of our product
• Write the technical documentation before its delivering to the technical teams
• Act as an interface between the client and Codix's development teams
• Manage the efficient communication flow in order to ensure appropriate follow up or action
• Provide assistance during the test and the implementation phaseRequirements:
• University degree in Finance, or Economics, or in IT
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Fluent French and EnglishDesired skills:
• At least 1 year of experience in Business software/systems – analysis or testing
• Experience in banking, leasing, credits, risk management or factoring. Practical experience is considered an advantage
• Hands-on experience in business applications setup/programming
