• Administering user accounts, workstations and network infrastructure
• Troubleshooting workstations and servers related problems
• Supporting mail, virtual and storage infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows Servers 2016 and 2019,
• Expert proficiency supporting Microsoft Office 2016/2019
• Setup and configure laptop and desktop computers (OS installation, Software installs, patches, etc.)
• Hardware and software diagnostics and problem solving
• Ability to support maintenance activities in Active Directory,
• Experience with networking basics - ability to resolve/troubleshoot networking issues (nslookup, ping, tracert, etc.)
• Good level of English language
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team
• A strong desire to learn and grow
• Experience in system administration
• Knowledge of Firewalls
• Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/RedHat)
• Azure Cloud experience (Exchange Online, SharePoint and etc. )
• French language skills
• Experience with backup, restore, recovery and high availability strategies for on-premise and Cloud environments
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Experience with SAN technologies
