Training Specialist

• Organize, improve and deliver business AND/OR software development trainings for newcomers and long-term employees
• Effectively deliver the current trainings, offered through CODIX On-boarding Program
• Coordinate the content, target groups and learning objectives with the relevant experts
• Provide post training and support, on individual and team level, by conducting necessary follow-up to ensure content retention, answer questions and address issues
• Develop and update the training materials (presentations, handbooks, tests, videos, etc.)
• Manage training reports in an internal HR system
• Fluent English
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology or other relevant discipline
• Business knowledge AND/OR IT skills (basic to expert understanding of SQL and relational databases, Unix knowledge, programming, …)
• Previous experience in training delivery
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and Excel), in particular good sense and skills of formatting and editing documents
• Practical experience in analysis or QA testing of Business software/systems is considered as an advantage
• Excellent presentation and knowledge transfer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
